Account Deletion — TaskingMe

TaskingMe allows users to delete their account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, your information is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

How to delete your account within the app:

1. Open TaskingMe and go to the User Menu
2. Select Settings
3. Click on Deactivate your account
4. A confirmation message will appear: “You are going to deactivate your account, it will be completely removed from our system, please confirm that you want to proceed with this action.”
5. Click Confirm to permanently delete your account

What data is deleted:

• Profile data (name, email, and any personal information associated with your account)
• Usage history (task records, activity logs, and any in-app interaction data)

All data listed above is deleted immediately upon confirmation. No data is retained after account deletion.

Alternative method (without app access):

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Please include the email address associated with your account. Your request will be processed within 15 business days.
